Project Architect/Intermediate
Designer
Job Description:
Preparation of preliminary design plans and construction
documents for single and multifamily projects. In addition
to preparation of plans and guide specifications, duties
would include:
- site visits and plan preparation in the coordination
of existing conditions documentation for addition/renovation
projects
- assist in code review of multifamily projects
- research of material and construction component options
- review of consultant drawings and details
- Assist in construction document review/quality control
- Requirements:
Minimum Associates degree in Architectural Technology.
Bachelors degree in Architecture preferred. Three to seven
years experience in residential design. Must be proficient
in AutoCad 2005. Ability to work closely with associates
in a team oriented design firm.
Senior Project Architect
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated architect
with a minimum of 10 years experience in the residential
design industry. Strong design ability is a must. Bachelors
degree in Architecture and Professional License preferred.
Must be proficient in AutoCad.
Position includes:
Principle design and management of custom, single-family,
multi-family design and light commercial design projects.
Coordinate homeowner and builder meetings.
Develop new single family portfolio concepts for direct
sales, magazine and e-commerce sales.
Assist in a multitude of tasks such as marketing strategies,
proposal writing, preliminary plan preparation, construction
document review and construction quality assurance.
